Spring Greens

With lovely dark green leaves and a strong flavour, the first leafy green crop of the year is packed full of essential vitamins and minerals. Spring Greens are great to have as a simple side dish, simply stir fried with garlic and other herbs and spices. They can also be added to soups, bakes and other more complex dishes and can be used in place of other leafy greens in many dishes.
