Miso-glazed turnips

This little recipe has a big impact with very little fuss.
Ingredients
Small bunch of turnips (about 400-500g)
2 Tbsp miso paste - I used red miso
1 Tbsp coconut oil (or butter if you'd prefer)
1 tsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste
Method
Quarter the turnips. Add them to a medium sized heavy-based frying pan along with the coconut oil, miso paste and sugar. Over a medium heat, stir the turnips so their nicely coated then add water to the pan until the turnips are just covered. Season with salt & pepper.
Bring to the boil and then let the turnips cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender. The water should have evaporated and sauce become thicker and the turnips become sticky and caramelized.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and more salt and pepper if needed and serve.
