Serve these sticky-sweet radishes with a crunchy almond topping as a jazzy side-dish
1 bunch radishes, trimmed and halved
1 big knob of butter
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
pinch of salt
for garnish: optional handful of flaked almonds and chopped coriander
Put a small saucepan on high heat. Add the butter and honey to the pan. Bring to a rapid simmer so your butter and honey is bubbling. Add teh radishes and give it a stir so they're completely coated.Add the water, and cover. Cook on a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the radishes are tender. Remove the lids and continue to cook until the liquid has reduced to a syrupy glaze.
Season with salt and serve with a handful of flaked almonds and chopped coriander.
