Exciting news! Online improvements coming soon

We have some exciting news to share with you! We've teamed up with Ooooby (Out Of Our Own Back Yards) to bring some great improvements to our online operating system.

It's going to mean the following improvements:

More flexibility - you’ll have full control over your subscription and can pause/amend/change your bag size with ease

More control Payments will be done by your credit / debt card rather than direct debit, giving you more control

More transparency In August, we'll switch to charging you weekly rather than monthly, to make billing simpler and clearer

What does this mean for existing Crop Droppers?

We'll set up a profile for all of our existing Crop Droppers on the Ooooby system when we launch. You’ll then receive an email from us with instructions on how to confirm your veg bag details. All you’ll need to do is create your password, enter your payment details and check over your existing order.

We'll be going live on the new Ooooby platform in the week beginning 11 July so we'll be in touch closer to that date with the next steps for you to take to activate your new account.

Who are Ooooby?

Finding affordable tech that fits our quirky needs is tricky for micro-businesses like ours so we're very pleased to have found Ooooby, which shares the same values of local, fair and transparent food systems that put farmers first. Some of the developers at Ooooby also run their own box schemes using this system so they totally get what we do and what matters to you.
