Autumn Supper Club
We're hosting our second supper club this September as part of Urban Food Fortnight - a celebration of the fabulous produce being grown, made, cooked and saved on our doorstep. Our first one last year was such a success that we've decided to make it an annual thing.
Join us for vegetarian feast at Wolves Lane Horticultural Centre, Wood Green. An oasis of green and calm, this former plant-nursery is now a food growing hub as well as housing North London's best kept secret - a tropical palm house complete with thriving Koi ponds and terrapins. It's also our home where we grow some of the food for the veg scheme and where our veg packing and distribution is based.
Alan Rosenthal, a Leith's-trained chef, will be creating a Southern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired menu of sharing plates using ingredients mainly sourced from Haringey and Enfield.
Enjoy an evening of beautiful food and nourishing conversation and explore the glasshouses where some of your dinner was grown.
